Description:

You will serve as an ELECTRICAL ENGINEER in the SE & ALRE Group, Support Equipment Department, Common & Commercial Systems Division, Aircraft Wiring & Circuit Card Engineering Branch (Code BL21700) of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.This position serves on the Aircraft Wiring Support Equipment Commodity, working with various PMA's on peculiar support equipment including wiring Test Program Sets (TPS).

Requirements:

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional ELECTRICAL ENGINEER performing some or all of the following duties: 1) Directing the planning of resources for Aircraft Wiring Support Equipment while balancing cost, schedule, and performance; 2) Implementing innovative technical solutions for improving platform mission effectiveness using advances in Aircraft Wiring Support Equipment; 3) Conducting engineering investigations, studies and failure analyses to resolve problems on products development; 4) Performing research in improving and developing new system concepts; and 5) Identifying and providing recommendations for product issues for assigned support equipment systems and products.
