This is a non-supervisory, bargaining unit position.

Requirements:
Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision.
Ability to apply computer programming and use development tools for financial data processing.**
Knowledge of financial systems support, policies, procedures and operations.**
Ability to conduct financial data analysis activities.**
Knowledge of the Federal budget process and financial management practices and procedures.
Ability to communicate in writing.
Ability to interact collaboratively with others and provide consultation on financial matters, reports, and data.
Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
