Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience planning, developing and implementing organizational level information assurance and information security programs and strategies, e.g., the organization security training program.
- Experience applying project management principles methods, and practices including developing plans and schedules, estimating resource requirements, defining milestones and deliverables, monitoring activities, and evaluating and reporting on accomplishments.
- Experience managing assigned projects; communicating complex technical requirements to non-technical personnel; and preparing briefings to senior management officials on complex IT issues.
- Experience applying asset inventory management and tracking methodologies sufficient to minimize inefficient use of IT assets within HSC-2.
- Experience applying knowledge of NMCI and utilizing Navy tools such as Information Strike Force (ISF) Tools, Department of the Navy Application Database and Management System (DADMS),
- Experience knowledge of the Requirement to Award Process (RAP) Tool, and the Navy Enterprise Tool (NET) sufficient to input, request, maintain or move HSC-2 computer resources and data and provide assistance to all HSC-2 as required.
