Management Analyst (Team Lead)

Description:

This position is located under the Office of Intelligence Operations, Operational Intelligence Division, Geospatial and Intelligence Systems Branch in Washington, DC. The work of this position includes performing team leadership functions, conducting system audits and reviews, and serving as an information technology coordinator.

Requirements:

To qualify for the Management Analyst (Team Lead) position at the GS-13 grade level, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 by the closing date of this announcement.

Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume.

Specialized experience must include all of:

• Planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of operations and programs; AND
• Developing long range planning, reviews, analysis and complex studies of assigned projects and programs; AND
• Preparing reports and providing recommendations; AND
• Leading a team reviewing, conducting and evaluating systems requirements and audits.
