Description:
This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol, Office of the Chief of Operations, Office of the Executive Director of Facilities Operations, Supreme Court Buildings and Grounds. The AOC has the responsibility to the Judicial Branch for the structural and mechanical care of the Supreme Court Buildings and Grounds to ensure the safety and security of the Justices, Court personnel, and visitors, and to make improvements to the existing facility and grounds.

Candidates for the GS-13 grade level must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Program operations and direct accountability for allocation of resources and program results;
- Execution of operational budgets;
- Development and implementation of program policies and procedures; and
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses to assess and improve program effectiveness.
