PROGRAM ANALYST

Description:

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Business Process Reengineering (BPR), C1512 in the Ship Maintenance Performance Group Division (Code 1510) of the Naval Shipyard Support Office (Code 1500) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• Experience applying Advance Industrial Management-Next Generation (AIM-NG) processes and IT applications related to shipyard water processes and procedures.
• Experience understanding process re-engineering techniques (e.g., Lean and Agile).
• Experience applying shipyard Baseline Project Management and Integrated Project Teams for Aircraft Carrier Maintenance strategies.
• Experience aligning process re-engineering activities with IT requirements and developments with NSSO, including data analytics and metrics developments and other integrated solutions
