This position is located in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Office of Human Resources (OHR), Workforce Strategy Division (WSD). The incumbent leads the agency's talent management team to accomplish important workforce initiatives that increase organizational effectiveness and excellence. The incumbent also leads OHR's marketing team to bolster the brand and achieve hiring goals by recruiting world-class talent.Requirements:

OPM Qualifications Standards are available at Administrative and Management Positions .Specialized Experienceis experience that has equipped applicants with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, the next lower grade level is a GS-14.
Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Experience providing strategic oversight of workforce strategy, management analysis, organizational effectiveness.
- Experience leading a team to accomplish human resources marketing and/or talent management/strategic consulting in alignment with agency or business unit recruiting and/or strategic plans.
- Experience supervising, managing, or serving as an expert advisor on human resources marketing and communications activities or strategic human capital programs and initiatives, including employee engagement.
- Experience providing executive-level advisory services on workforce strategy, organizational design, performance risks, and enterprise human capital initiatives requiring independent judgment and cross-organizational integration.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
