This position is part of the Export-Import Bank of the US - OIG. The incumbent will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and coordination in all assigned functional key areas of the OIG including Budget and Financial management, Organizational Planning Records Management, Policy Development, Procurement, Information Technology and Data Analytics and Special Projects.Requirements:
Executive Core Qualifications (ECQ)- *Required to address in resume*The Office of Personnel Management has identified five ECQs. The ECQs define the competencies needed to build a federal corporate culture that drives for results, serves customers, and builds successful teams and coalitions within and outside the organization. The ECQs are required for entry to the SL and are used by many departments and agencies in selection, performance management, and leadership development for management and executive positions. The ECQs were designed to assess executive experience and potential, not technical expertise.
ECQ 1- Faithful Administration of the Law and the President's Policies: This core qualification involves the ability to faithfully administer and execute the laws of the United States and congressionally authorized responsibilities in alignment with the President's leadership, executive authority, and policy priorities, while achieving measurable results that advance the President's agenda and uphold constitutional principles, including equality under the law, democratic self-government, and accountability within the Executive Branch.

Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQ)- *Required to address in resume *
MTQs are designed to assess an applicants experience relevant to the specific position requirements.
1. Extensive management experience in planning, leading, and directing a broad range of operational programs and functions including at least three (3) out of the following five (5) functional areas: (a) financial management and budget; (b) human capital management; (c) information technology; (d) space and facilities management; and/or (e) procurement. Demonstrated ability to lead management support functions at an organizational level, including strategic and operational planning; human capital management; information technology; procurement; space and facilities; physical and personnel security; and records management.
2. Senior level management experience and skill in developing and implementing strategies and plans for improving administrative and management operations, enabling the effective delivery of an organization's mission while adhering to the laws and regulations governing administrative programs, internal operations, and services.
3. Experience overseeing the development of policies, processes, and measurements to assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of programs and business operations. Extensive experience in designing and presenting organizational strategies, plans, processes, metrics, and other information in a clear and comprehensible manner.

Specialized Experience:
In addition to the ECQ's and MTQ's, applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-15 level. Specialized experience is defined as experience that has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Qualifying experience includes executive-level leadership experience demonstrating proficiency in at least three (3) of the following five (5) functional areas: financial management and budget; human capital management; information technology; space and facilities management; and/or procurement. Specialized Experience must have been obtained at or above the GS-15 level in the Federal service or its equivalent in the private sector, state or local government, or nongovernmental organizations.
