HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS


1. 1) Demonstrates experience applying established standards in oversight work, including CIGIE Quality Standards for Inspections and Evaluations (Blue Book), GAO Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book), American Evaluation Association’s Guiding Principles for Evaluators, and Institute of Internal Auditors’ Global Internal Audit Standards.
2. 2) Prior experience conducting project management, inspections and evaluations, performance audits, or similar oversight work.
