You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST of SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing course management documents for assigned courses; 2) Analyzing learning objectives and corresponding measurement instruments; 3) Establishing training requirements and determining training needs of instructor and staff personnel; 4) Reviewing instructor evaluations and student feedback for indications of needed training and improvements; and 5) Evaluating courses for applicability, adequacy, technical accuracy, and accomplishment of training objectives.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
