You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the Training Requirements and Management (N9) Directorate of SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Working with Curriculum Database System (CDS) currently Content Planning Module (CPM) and Learning Object Module (LOM); 2) Showing working knowledge of current and emerging concepts, principles, and practices in areas of learning theory, instructional technology, and/or instructional systems development to identify and evaluate changing training courses; 3) Using qualitative and quantitative analytical and evaluation methods and techniques to identify problems, recommend solutions, and conduct comprehensive, complex studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs/initiatives to improve and optimize efficient utilization of resources assigned; 4) Showing a working knowledge or using analytical reasoning coupled with originality, initiative, resourcefulness, persuasiveness, diplomacy, and tact; 5) Developing new or modified work methods, organizational structures, management processes, and/or program administration procedures; 6) Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
