A minimum of five years of executive-level experience which demonstrates: 1) possession of management principles in planning, coordinating, and attaining the goals and financial objectives of a large and diverse customer-oriented organization, 2) a thorough knowledge of current business practices and economic principles with the ability to analyze current and developing trends, and 3) proven ability to make improvements in operating programs through innovative marketing, personnel management, and retailing. A four-year degree with a business major from an accredited college or university and knowledge of Marine Corps staff procedures and organization is highly desirable. Must possess above average oral and written communication skills and ability to deal with individuals on different levels such as Congressional members, high-ranking military officers, etc. This is a management position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required.
Must attain and retain Tier 3 suitability clearance as required.
