Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Serve as technical advisor on data management and data analytics related to Shore requirements for worldwide installations and special areas.
- Complete data collection, cleaning and integration for multiple complex data sets simultaneously, including working with both structured and unstructured data to complete qualitative and quantitative statistical analysis.
- Develop analytic reports, visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI or other comparable visualization tools.
- Prepare and disseminate analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making by senior leadership.
- Interpret results of data analysis into clear, actionable communications that equip decision makers to understand ongoing program status and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for integrating the role of data analysis into finished intelligence products and to quantify and measure daily work metrics.
