These seasonal positions may be filled for a six-month seasonal period, but can vary due to weather conditions, project needs, or funding.
Anticipated Entry on Duty: May 2026.

The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of masonry trade work that requires intermediate level skills to maintain, repair, and/or construct a variety of surfaces/structures made of brick, block, and/or stone.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:
  1. Ability to do the Work of the Position Without More Than Normal Supervision: Applicants must have necessary experience to perform common tasks associated with masonry work. Must have ability to work with others to maintain, repair, and preserve masonry structures. Must have ability to do work involving the removal of damaged portions of architectural features; selecting and dressing replacement stones; mixing mortar that has appropriate color, strength, and composition; and replicating original architectural styles.
