You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager in the SYSCOM SECURITY COOPERATION DEPT (SSCO) of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ability to clearly communicate with International partners via written and oral communications for the purpose of establishing requirements and executing programs. 2) Demonstrated understanding of Foreign Military Sales programs to include disclosure, case development and case execution. 3) Familiarity with the defense acquisition and program execution to include development of Statements of Work and the contractual procurement process.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
