You will serve as the Level II Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for Integrated Programs within the Aviation Training Systems Program Office (PMA-205), under the Program Executive Office for Tactical Aircraft Programs (PEO(T)).Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12/13) grade level or pay band (NH-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Analyzing needs and synthesizing requirements information to develop requirements for program initiatives and planning; (2) Serving as a key participant in the development of an acquisition strategy that serves as the framework for integrating functional activities essential to the acquisition effort and serving as the basis for specific program management documents; (3) Directing the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of requirements, fiscal adequacy, and planned progress; (4) Identifying and defending resource requirements (funding, manpower, facilities, etc.) for life-cycle management of the assigned program and integrating resource requirements with multi-year acquisition and support plans to develop budget inputs; and (5) Evaluating the impact of new resource levels such as budget cuts or increases, and updated estimates of resource requirements to take into account new or revised objectives, technical capabilities, and new acquisition strategies. .Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
