Requirements:
Qualifications required:- Demonstrate ability to anticipate needs, react quickly, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience planning and executing projects and studies that address challenging topics involving a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing, establishing, and implementing project goals and objectives.
- Proven ability to communicate and explain complex tasks/features to broad audiences.
- Experience establishing long-range work plans and determining the actions necessary to accomplish objectives.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize simultaneous projects to meet the demands of a busy office environment.
- 2+ years experience working in or with records management, identity management, and/or biometrics management is preferred.
- Familiarity with USCIS and DHS systems (e.g. PCIS, CMS, RAILS,CPMS, NASS, etc.). Familiarity with enterprise data governance practices, classes of admission (COAs, etc. is a plus but not required.
- Experience in human centered design and agile development is preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated interest and ability working with information technology.
- Have received a FY24 final performance rating of "Achieved Expectations" or higher.
