Requirements:
Qualifications required:- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, work independently, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with independently planning and implementing high-quality projects and products with short turnaround times.
- Ability to follow through on projects and action items by being resourceful and taking initiative.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, editing skills, and knowledge of plain language principles.
- Experience with drafting, refining, or writing legal or operational documents such as: memorandums of understanding/agreement, policy memos, standard operating procedures, and project plan.
- Developing and delivering recommendations through oral and written communication to Section/Branch/Division leadership.
- Familiarity with USCIS and DHS systems (e.g., Global, ELLIS, C4, PCIS, PCQS, CMS, CPMS, NASS, etc.).
- Applying analytical tools and methodologies to develop and implement agency directives, policies, and regulations.
- Conducting issue analyses and consolidating findings into reports.
- Have received a FY24 final performance rating of "Achieved Expectations" or higher.
