Virtual/Remote: Yes (Camp Springs, MD, or current duty location. This assignment does not confer telework benefits.)

Requirements:

Qualifications required:
  1. Demonstrate ability to anticipate needs, react quickly, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Experience planning and executing projects and studies that address challenging topics involving a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Experience analyzing, establishing, and implementing project goals and objectives.
  4. Proven ability to communicate and explain complex tasks/features to broad audiences.
  5. Experience establishing long-range work plans and determining the actions necessary to accomplish objectives.
  6. Ability to multi-task and prioritize simultaneous projects to meet the demands of a busy office environment.
  7. 2+ years experience working in or with records management, identity management, and/or biometrics management is preferred.
  8. Familiarity with USCIS and DHS systems (e.g. PCIS, CMS, RAILS,CPMS, NASS, etc.). Familiarity with enterprise data governance practices, classes of admission (COAs, etc. is a plus but not required.
  9. Demonstrated interest and ability working with information technology.
  10. Have received a FY24 final performance rating of "Achieved Expectations" or higher.
