Description:
This position will be assigned to the Air Force Service Center, Port San Antonio, TX.This is a regular full-time category position with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Employees appointed to a regular category position are eligible for benefits.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
Must be versed in NAF accounting procedures, and/or public accounting , including but not limited to the Air Force Services Financial Management System (AFSFMS), and possess extensive accounting and financial analysis skills and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
- Working knowledge of standard business software systems such as Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Skilled in using application software and utility programs to develop efficient database update and retrieval procedures is requires
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively both oral and in writing
