SUPERVISORY SECURITY SPECIALIST

Description:

In this position, you will serve as a Supervisory Security Specialist on the staff of the Office of the Chief of Naval Intelligence & Security (OCNI&S).

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• Experience adjudicating complex, high-risk cases involving instances such as: foreign influence, financial considerations, criminal conduct, and/or insider threat indicators.
• Experience overseeing continuous vetting, reciprocity determinations, quality assurance, and due process compliance.
• Experience serving as senior advisor to executive leadership on clearance risk trends, backlog reduction strategies, compliance posture, and enterprise-level personnel security reform initiatives.
