You will serve as the Chief Engineer (CHENG) for the Unmanned Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the AW I&I / EWE, Product Line of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.Requirements:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-9/11) or pay band (DP-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer or scientist. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Utilizing knowledge of software systems, acquisition processes, and system engineering principles to ensure products meet warfighter requirements.; 2) Providing requirements definition, risk identification, planning, and test and evaluation support; 3) Collaborating with Integrated Product Teams to solve issues related to requirements, performance, resources, cost, and schedule.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
