Description:

You will serve as a General Supply Specialist in the NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SAN DIEGO.

Requirements:

Your resume must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying advanced knowledge of supply management, warehouse operations, and full spectrum of logistics support.- Experience with Supply Chain and Inventory Management Systems. Demonstrated experience managing supply chain operations, including inventory tracking, stock control, and shelf-life program maintenance using tools such as Navy ERP, One Touch, and FEDLOG.- Knowledge of DOD and Navy Supply Procedures. Proficient in Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP), Material Obligation Validation (MOV), and Department of Defense (DOD) supply systems, with the ability to process and validate complex requisitions and material orders.- Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) Expertise. Extensive experience utilizing Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) systems, such as Navy ERP, to generate reports, analyze data, validate material obligations, and support inventory and procurement operations.- Technical Research and Analytical Skills. Skilled in conducting substitutability research, cross-referencing part numbers and National Stock Numbers (NSNs), and resolving supply discrepancies (SDRs) through in-depth analysis and follow-up actions.- Familiarity with Budget and Procurement Processes. Experience coordinating Casualty Reports (CASREPs) and Issue Priority Group requisitions, financial reconciliation, and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with audit regulations and efficient execution of funding and material requirements.
