You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of SURFCOMSYSTRNCMD DAHLGREN.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting research and strategic planning for combat systems training systems; 2) Conducting Business Case Analysis to determine optimal methods to modernize existing and/or develop new courses of instruction; 3) Monitoring, reporting, and providing testimony on major contract performance and administration; 4) Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS) processes to identify and acquire resources for future surface combat systems training capabilities; and 5) Utilizing emerging technologies as they relate to training to improve the quality of training and decrease the reliance on human instructors through emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementation.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
