Description:

You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Business Operations Directorate, Mission Assurance Department (N4/6), Naval Medical Forces Pacific (NMFP), San Diego, CA, an Echelon III Type Command (TYCOM) of NAVMEDFORPAC SAN DIEGO CA.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

Experience working with both military medicine and NDMS command structures, missions, programs and organizational relationships to include expert knowledge with respect to Antiterrorism, Physical Security, and Emergency Management incidents/responses.

Experience working with multiple automated Incident Management Systems (IMS) and Wide Area Alert Network options in support of incident response.

Experience effectively planning, organizing, directing group work, and/or negotiating with higher headquarters, subordinate units, tenant commands, civilian counterparts, leaders within the local community, and higher-ranking military and civilian officials on a variety of time sensitive issues.

Experience providing or coordinating training and competencies to newly assigned Program Managers.
