You may qualify at the GS 14, if you fulfill the following qualifications:A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, military or private sector:
- Applies policies and procedures in order to plan, coordinate, integrate, and implement Program Management
- Directs research and development and acquisition policies and procedures. Direct and manage research and technology development, integration and application efforts including commercialization of innovative and state-of-the-art technology developments
- Oversees development and execution of acquisition programs and budgets utilizing program management and financial tools
- Advises senior leaders and stakeholders using knowledge of Federal organizations, structures, missions, policies, and responsibilities
- Leads and managed technical support staff while directing and coordinating a wide variety of activities with interagency stakeholders.
