This position serves as the Deputy Assistant Director and Senior Supervisory Information Technology Specialist and will be charged with the overall program management of the development and acquisition of the Forfeiture Systems. The position will also provide oversight and guidance to ensure systems comply with legislative, department, and audit regulations.Requirements:
To qualify for the position of Supervisory IT Specialist (PLCYPLN), at GS-2210-15 you must meet the qualification requirements listed below.Basic Requirements (2210 series):

- Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
Specialized Experience : For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as designing and/or developing new technologies; overseeing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading a software system(s); and/or coordinating installation of applications, such as commercial off the shelf software, and business specific software.
PERFERRED EXPERIENCE: 5 years managing large and complicated IT projects with emphasis on schedule, cost, and delivery of custom software; and evaluating procedures for the analysis, designs, developments and testing of custom, integrated IT applications.
