For more information please see: ACQDEMOThis position is part of the Department of Defense . This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Acq Demo Business and Technical Management to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
Requirements:
You must have one year Specialized Experience equivalent to the NH-4 level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private/military sector) giving the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position. Experience must be reflected in your resume.Specialized experience required for this position is:
- Advanced encryption concepts, principles, practices, methods, & techniques to provide recommendations/ exercise judgment concerning programs/operations; proposes solutions to leadership to resolve atypical or novel problems, conditions, or issues.
- Ability to apply full range of cutting edge encryption and COMSEC practices, processes, and techniques.
- COMSEC experience with experience at a COMSEC Operations Center a plus -- knowledge to build, deploy and manage encryption and COMSEC tools and services.
- Experience operating as a Controlling or Command Authority.
- Operational experience with encryption equipment is a plus.
- Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
- Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.
