This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is: Plans quarterly and longer basis overall use of personnel and other resources that support the entire southwest region of the fleet. Abilityt to assign and explain work requirements and operating instructions to subordinate supervisors, set deadlines, maitains balanced workloads by shifitng assignments based on work and resources avaialbe. Effectively carry out polices to achieve results that align with the mission of transporting items and people all over southern California.
