You will serve as a SUPERVISORY COMMUNITY PLANNER in the Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) Directorate's Strategic Planning Division (PDC3) of NAVFAC NORTHWEST.Requirements:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading technical staff, assigning work and managing performance; 2) Possessing the mastery of urban and strategic planning concepts as they apply to military shore infrastructure; 3) Overseeing complex projects like Installation Master Plans and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality planning products; 4) Delivering superior communication and negotiation skills which are critical for briefing high-level leaders and representing the command in various forums; and 5) Managing Architect and Engineer (A&E) contracts, from preparing statements of work to reviewing deliverables. **NOTE** This information must be clearly supported in your resume.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
