Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field appropriate to work of the position, OR a combination of education and at least 3 years professional experience directly related to the duties of the position, gained within the most recent 3 years.
Overall experience must include managing social media across multiple platforms and the use of digital newsletters, video creation, and live streaming to implement marketing strategy and plans, advertising, and promotions. Experience with videography and video editing from raw and stock footage is highly desired.
Must possess organizational skill to coordinate requests from and information provided by multiple stakeholders while maintaining positive interactions. Additionally, a strong attention to detail is necessary to manage multiple projects simultaneously to deliver within the agreed upon deadlines.
Proficient in the use of computer software and operating systems to include WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Constant Contact applications to create and edit websites and digital content is required. Familiarity using project management software such as Wrike or Microsoft Planner to collaborate with others in the management and scheduling of work projects is highly desired.
This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required. Occasional weekend and hours outside of normal business hours are required.
