***THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.***This position is for a HR SPEC (MIL), Position Description Number D2964000 located in a state JFHQ-HRO personnel at Clay National Guard Center, Marietta, GA.
This is a full-time, Temporary Indefinite Excepted Position, requires Georgia Army National Guard Membership. Position may convert without competition.
Area of Consideration: Current members of the Georgia Army National Guard.
Requirements:
General Experience: : Experience, education or training which involves the exercise of analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and personal responsibility, and application of a substantial body of knowledge of principles, concepts and practices applicable to one or more fields of administration or management. Experience using computer and automation systems.Specialized Experience : Must have at least 24 months experience, education, or training involving the administering, delivering, maintaining, advising, and adapting basic concepts, principles, and theories of Human Resources to the unique organizational, management, and mission requirements.
