You may qualify at the NH-04 Broadband Level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the H-03/GS-13 grade level in the Federal service as listed below and must meet specialized experience listed below to be qualified:
- Experience directing, managing, and guiding program activities required to lead the efficient management
operations of a large security and/or intelligence organization. - Experience with security principles, methods, and techniques related to development, acquisition, and deployment of complex weapons systems such as SCI and/or SAP security, Information Security, Classification and Declassification Management, and/or Operations Security.
- Experience with the roles, missions and functions of the US intelligence and counterintelligence communities.
- Experience coordinating multi-disciplined requirements and processes among multiple stakeholders at varying levels of command and influence across OSD elements, military services, federal agencies, industrial partners, and foreign government representatives.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
