Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:*Expert technical knowledge of mishap prevention, safety and health practices, safety management principles, practices, laws, instructions, regulations, current legislative issues, and precedent
decisions applicable to high risk aviation, industrial, training, maritime, and construction industries.
*Experience utilizing practical engineering methods, techniques, and fault free analysis sufficient to evaluate and resolve occupational safety and health problems where standard methods are not applicable
*Experience applying techniques and procedures used by industrial hygienist and fire protection engineers.
*Experience analyzing industrial military complexities and of human behavior sufficient to prepare instructions covering areas where precedent criteria are vague, absent, or require revision to satisfy military needs
