Description:
You will serve as a TECHNICAL TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR in the Command Operations Division and Training Department of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.The incumbent serves as the Support Equipment (SE) Operator Training and Licensing Program Manager in support of the Support Equipment Operator Training and Licensing Program along with instruction on T/M/S aircraft support equipment operation and administration of Phase II exams to production personnel.
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Supporting equipment training, licensing and audit processes;
2) Instructing technical training courses;
3) Ensuring training and production requirements are satisfied and artisans are qualified to perform assigned duties;
4) Demonstrating a thorough understanding of Individual Material Readiness List (IMRL) and supply support systems to facilitate overall program effectiveness;
5) Performing administrative duties to draft, process and track documents and records; and
6) Working independently, making decisions, planning operations, showing job responsibility, and exercising initiative.
