This position is part of the Defense Human Resources Activity.The incumbent will be responsible for the overall management, control, coordination, and execution of assigned programs. Managed programs have a significant impact throughout DoD and support the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) mission at the innumerable field and Headquarters offices throughout the continental United States and overseas.Requirements:
You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications:A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service:
- Developed and implemented new methodologies to evaluate program operations, analyzing progress to ensure alignment with our strategic plan and overarching agency goals.
- Providing technical supervision and direct oversight to a team of investigators handling high- profile, controversial, and technically complex formal EEO complaints.
- Exercise a full spectrum of supervisory authority over a geographically dispersed team of investigators by assigning complex work, managing performance, and directing all program operations.
- Direct the full range of investigative techniques, from developing case strategies and obtaining evidence.
- Interpreting and applying complex EEO laws, including Title VII, ADEA, and the Rehabilitation Act, to provide technical oversight on high-profile complaints and ensure full legal compliance.
