Description We are looking to build out a team of leaders to help drive the build of the data centers in their Montgomery site. Currently, they have a lot going on there, but very little leadership in the field. The timelines are very tight, but no one is really taking ownership of what is happening. They need people to come in and take control- people to act as coaches and bring the team up. They want a focus on culture as well. So- someone who can delegate, assign work and keep the moral up! T
