Role: Lead Workday Reporting Developer Location: Yonkers, NY- Onsite Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday HCM reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday reporting solutions Support the creation of dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and visualizations using Workday reporting tools, Workday Prism, and/or Workday People Analytics (where applicable)
