This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration in Internal Operations (TOI), Transmission System Operations (TO), Transmission Services (T).A successful candidate in the Management and Program Analyst (Project Manager) position will serve as a Project Manager responsible for the comprehensive oversight and direct management of all Day Ahead Market initiatives within Transmission System Operations (TO).
Requirements:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSA qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience 1)Leading cross functional teams to implement new systems, complex project plans and mission critical efforts; 2) directing and coordinating changes related to technology, operations, controls, or process management in order to mitigate risk and improve organization effectiveness while maintaining reliability of the bulk electric system; 3) providing guidance on system requirements, testing, and deployment.
