Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting management with organizational restructuring, reorganization, and position management; 2) Coordinating with management to secure needed information or decisions on work problems and issues for manpower; 3) Assisting in studies designed to improve overall operations, increase mission readiness, and optimize the use of manpower resources; 4) Advising management on with options and alternatives, with regard to recruitment, selections, reorganizations, realignments, and organizational change actions; 5) Assisting management in navigating through USA Staffing (reviewing certificates, pulling resumes, and making selections); 6) Working with management in establishing future organizational and business directions to maintain and sustain organizational knowledge and talent in addition to ensuring future succession planning needs are met.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
