Requirements:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting management with organizational restructuring, reorganization, and position management; 2) Coordinating with management to secure needed information or decisions on work problems and issues for manpower; 3) Assisting in studies designed to improve overall operations, increase mission readiness, and optimize the use of manpower resources; 4) Advising management on with options and alternatives, with regard to recruitment, selections, reorganizations, realignments, and organizational change actions; 5) Assisting management in navigating through USA Staffing (reviewing certificates, pulling resumes, and making selections); 6) Working with management in establishing future organizational and business directions to maintain and sustain organizational knowledge and talent in addition to ensuring future succession planning needs are met.
