You will serve as a ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN in the Support Equipment Department, Common and Commercial Systems Division, Common ATE/TPS Branch, NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER AIRCRAFT DIVISION of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. This person serves as the Electrical Technician for eCASS, Air Refueling Store (ARS), and F-18 Support Equipment.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Provides troubleshooting and maintenance of Support Equipment (SE) end items in a lab environment; including the eCASS Automatic Test Equipment (ATE); 2. Provides hardware troubleshooting, soldering/wiring, cable building, and reading schematics for aircraft SE end items; 3. Works with Integrated Product Team (IPT) and fleet representatives to understand SE end item issues, support investigations of system hardware and software to help identify solutions, and support solution implementation and testing; 4. Performs lab management duties including inventory of systems, tools, and materials contained in the lab, and participation in defining and executing lab procedures, such as security and safety.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
