Requirements:
GS-13: One full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level:Specialized experience is defined as experience serving as a budget advisor, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive financial management system; analyzing legislation and developing justification narratives; advising higher management on program effectiveness; formulating, preparing annual administrative budgets and operating plans; monitoring obligations, appropriating funds, and validating expenses; and using a financial management information system to enter financial data, track funds, and develop reports.
Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP)- The CTAP provides eligible surplus and displaced competitive service employees in the Department of Justice with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
