You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the HRMC CORPORATE OPERATIONS DIVISION (CODE 101.1) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.Salary Ranges:
GS-11: $77,964 - $101,359
GS-12: $93,445 - $121,482
Requirements:
GS-12 :Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating personnel training and education programs by reviewing training course materials and tracking qualifications or certifications in order to maintain Command strategies and desired objectives.
GS-11 :
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing and administering workforce training and certification programs by developing evaluative criteria through the analysis of educational or instructional techniques and defining training objectives and strategies to maintain Command objectives and employee development.
