Description:

The position is located within the U.S. Department of Justice, Justice Management Division. The Director, Office of Human Capital, serves as DOJ's senior executive for human capital policy and workforce governance, providing strategic leadership and oversight of Department-wide human capital programs and advising senior leadership on workforce strategy and compliance.

Requirements:

For this position, the following Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs) have been established and should be addressed within the resume application.

MTQ 1: . Documented leadership and management experience to direct a staff responsible for a full range of departmental human capital policies, programs, and operations for multiple components.

MTQ 2: Documented experience with Federal sector human capital management policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with governing statutes and regulations, including management of human capital information Technology (IT) systems.

MTQ 3: Documented experience in one or more human capital functions that demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and ability to provide high-level analysis and guidance in developing and implementing viable results-oriented solutions across multiple functional areas.
