Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) forecasting operational needs to establish budget figures; 2) advising on financial operations to ensure regulatory compliance; AND 3) monitoring expenditures or requisitions to identify discrepancies or funding shortages. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
