Requirements:

ND-05
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a Professional Engineer. I possess expertise in acquiring materials and services through standard procurement and contracting methods. My experience includes the full lifecycle of program management-from development and planning to execution and tracking, utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) principles. Additionally, I am proficient in configuration control for systems and equipment, ensuring full traceability of products and procurement actions.
ND-04
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a Professional Engineer. I have a proven ability to efficiently manage a wide range of organizational resources, including personnel, finances, and Information Technology. I am skilled in overseeing programs to meet mission objectives, evaluating outcomes to drive efficiency, and ensuring strict compliance with all established protocols
