You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Unmanned and Theater Undersea Warfare Department of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, (GS-11) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Coordinating the logistics operations for unmanned vehicles, theater undersea warfare systems, or related technologies to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment required for mission success.Examples of qualifying experience may include:
- Oversee the development, maintenance, distribution, and presentation of training materials (training plans, Instructor and Student Guides, presentation materials and other media) which support the Fleet or In-Service Engineering Agent operations and maintenance (Operational, Intermediate and Depot levels) for multiple UUV systems.
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple training material projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Work effectively with subject matter experts, managers, customers and other stakeholders to build positive relationships to ensure training programs are successful.
- Continuously compare existing training materials against evolving Fleet and ISEA operations and maintenance tasking to identify gaps, inconsistencies and required updates.
- Evaluate the impact to training products for approved changes to the UUV systems that affect the configuration baseline, system capabilities, operations, and/or maintenance.
- Leverage existing TMs and other technical data to create new, maintain and/or update existing training products; ensuring the training products are accurate, current, and aligned with established standards and requirements.
