About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Moose Run Golf Course on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK.
This position is Flexible, meaning you are guaranteed a minimum of 0 hours per week to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Your schedule will depend on needs of the facility.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
High school education or equivalent and one (1) year of full-time golf event programming with three (3) years preferred. Good understanding and working knowledge of the rules of golf. Knowledge, methods, and experience in managing golf tournaments. Knowledge of computer software including, but not limited to: word processing, spreadsheets, and golf specific programs. Experienced at managing and coordinating all aspects of golf tournaments. Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Must possess skill in dealing with the public.
