You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC), Funds Control/Admin Service Staff Department located in Philadelphia, PA a detachment of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience understanding budgetary policies, precedents, procedures, and regulations.
- Experience processing financial transactions and reports, issuing funding documents, using Navy ERP.
- Experience applying Financial Management Regulations, Federal Appropriation Law.
- Experience applying policies, precedents, regulations, and guidelines of financial oversight, budget formulation, and/or budget execution.
- Experience compiling and, analyzing and summarizing financial and/or budget information
