Description Location: PHX AZ Schedule: Hybrid - Office Field and WFH Travel: 60 local travel to the fields 40 is office/WFH. Network Construction Manager- Fiber construction side Essential Job Functions: - Work hand in hand with Fiber Engineers. - Manage all external vendors necessary for timely completion and within budget. - Conduct initial constructability review in accordance with project specifications. - Develop Construction Bid Package and competitively bid project to subcontractors. -
